Shipping Information
Processing Time
It can take up to 2 days to prepare products before your package can be shipped. If your order has not yet been shipped, it means your packages are being prepared. However, if there are any unusual circumstances, we will notify you via email.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can track its progress.

We use fast shipping services for all orders within the USA.

Important Shipping Notes:
- We are currently unable to ship to US military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in the same order.
International Shipping
Currently, we only provide shipping services within the United States.
Tax Policy
We do not collect tax on any orders.
Shipping Delays & Guarantees
- If your package takes more than 30 days to arrive, we will refund the entire amount of your order.
- If your package does not arrive on time, please submit an inquiry and we will respond within 12 hours.
- Delivery times may be delayed during peak seasons and holidays.

We accept PayPal for all online purchases. When you choose PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal payment page where you can confirm your payment using your PayPal account credentials.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Order Modifications
Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders after they have been placed. During checkout, customers are asked to confirm all details including size, design, quantity, and shipping address. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect item selection, sizing, or address information.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this time, your order may have already been sent to our warehouse for processing.
Cancellation fee: 10% of total order value applies to all cancellations.

Missing or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows delivery as complete but you haven’t received your order:
- Check around your property, including hidden areas where packages might be placed
- Contact the shipping carrier mentioned in your tracking notification email
- If the issue persists, contact our support team at [email protected]
Shipping Address Responsibility
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Panza Shoes is NOT LIABLE if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. When checking out, please enter the correct shipping information.
If you discover an address error, contact us immediately at [email protected]. However, if your order has left our warehouse within 48 hours of your contact, we cannot make changes as the package is out of our control.
Customs and International Fees
While we only ship within the USA, customers are responsible for any regional taxes, duties, or fees that may apply. Panza Shoes is NOT responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees, and reserves the right to cancel packages without refund if:
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- Multiple delivery attempts are made unsuccessfully

Return Policy Timeline
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Our return policy is effective for 30 days after delivery is completed. After 30 days, orders are considered accepted by the customer, and no refunds will be issued.
When Returns Are Accepted
We will provide a full refund of your initial order if:
- You purchased the wrong product or it doesn’t fit
- You no longer want the item
- The product arrives damaged or broken
- The product design differs from what you ordered
- The product size differs from what you ordered
- The product material differs from what you ordered
- You received a different product than ordered
- The product differs from the original description
Return Conditions
Returned items must NOT have any of the following conditions:
- Been worn or washed
- Been modified in any way
- Any defects (unless caused by us)
- Missing original tags
- Excessive wear or damage
Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.
Required Documentation for Returns
To process your return, you must provide:
- Shipping label/receipt
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the product received
- Email screenshots from our previous correspondence
Return Process Steps
- Submit Request: Send your refund inquiry to [email protected] with required documentation
- Approval: Our customer support team will respond within 2-3 business days with return address and instructions
- Ship Return: Pack items carefully and send via traceable carrier
- Confirmation: Send tracking number or return receipt photo to [email protected]
Important: Do NOT return packages without email confirmation. We cannot be held liable for unauthorized returns or lost packages.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not included in refund amounts.

- Full refund includes original shipping fee
- Bank/credit card processing may take 10-15 additional days
