At Panza Shoes, we do not support exchanges once an order has been placed.

Before completing your order, customers are required to carefully review and confirm all details, including service type, item specifications, quantity, and contact information. Therefore, we are unable to accept exchange requests due to incorrect selections such as wrong service, item details, or customer-provided information.


Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.

After this period, your order may already be processed or sent for service, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be applied.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery or service completion.

After 30 days, the order will be considered accepted, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
