Available Shipping Methods

We use fast shipping services for all orders within the USA. A flat shipping fee of $5.90 applies to any order, regardless of size. Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to US military bases, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery Time

Order delivery time is estimated to be 5-8 days within the USA. Please keep in mind that arrival times may be delayed during peak seasons and holidays.

International Shipping

Currently, we only provide shipping services within the United States.

Accepted Payment Options

We accept PayPal for all online purchases. When you choose PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal payment page where you can confirm your payment using your PayPal account credentials.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Modifications

Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders after they have been placed. During checkout, customers are asked to confirm all details including size, design, quantity, and shipping address. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect item selection, sizing, or address information.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled, but only on the same day within 6 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, your order may have already been sent to our warehouse for processing and shipping.

Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee of 10% of your total order value will be applied to all cancellations.

Return Policy Timeline

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Our return policy is effective for 30 days after delivery is completed. After 30 days, orders are considered accepted by the customer, and no refunds will be issued.

When Returns Are Accepted

We will provide a full refund of your initial order if:

  • You purchased the wrong product or it doesn’t fit
  • You no longer want the item
  • The product arrives damaged or broken
  • The product design differs from what you ordered
  • The product size differs from what you ordered
  • The product material differs from what you ordered
  • You received a different product than ordered
  • The product differs from the original description

Return Conditions

Returned items must NOT have any of the following conditions:

  • Been worn or washed
  • Been modified in any way
  • Any defects (unless caused by us)
  • Missing original tags
  • Excessive wear or damage

Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging.

Required Documentation for Returns

To process your return, you must provide:

  • Shipping label/receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the product received
  • Email screenshots from our previous correspondence

Return Process Steps

  1. Submit Request: Send your refund inquiry to [email protected] with required documentation
  2. Approval: Our customer support team will respond within 2-3 business days with return address and instructions
  3. Ship Return: Pack items carefully and send via traceable carrier
  4. Confirmation: Send tracking number or return receipt photo to [email protected]

Important: Do NOT return packages without email confirmation. We cannot be held liable for unauthorized returns or lost packages.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are not included in refund amounts.

Refund Processing Time

  • Processing takes up to 2 business days after we receive your return
  • We’ll email confirmation when your package arrives
  • Full refund includes original shipping fee
  • Bank/credit card processing may take 10-15 additional days

Order Exchanges

No exchanges are available. When placing orders, customers confirm all details including size, design, and quantity. We do not accept exchanges due to incorrect selections of items, sizes, designs, or addresses.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this time, orders may have been sent to our warehouse for processing.

Cancellation fee: 10% of total order value applies to all cancellations.

Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivery as complete but you haven’t received your order:
